$60 per session

Small Group Training
2-3 Players: $40 per player | 4 Players: $30 per player
Train with teammates or friends and push each other toward peak performance. Small group sessions blend individual attention with competitive energy, promoting accountability and teamwork while still receiving expert coaching tailored to each athlete’s needs.
Training Packages
10 Sessions for $290
Commit to your development and save with our 10-session training package. This option is perfect for athletes ready to stay consistent and see real progress over time. Packages offer scheduling flexibility while locking in a discounted rate, helping you stay motivated, accountable, and on track toward your goals.
Facility Rental
$160 per hour, paid in advance
Reserve the full training space for your team or organization to run drills, scrimmages, or host private workouts. Our top-quality equipment and open layout give you everything you need to train efficiently and safely. Facility rentals are ideal for coaches, teams, or small programs looking for a professional-grade environment.
Party Rental
$300 for an hour and a half
Make your celebration unforgettable with access to our full facility plus a built-in treat package. Each party rental includes your choice of 24 cupcakes or cookies, along with refreshing pink lemonade or Gatorade for all guests. It’s the perfect way to combine fun, activity, and hassle-free hosting—all in one place.
