High Five Next Level Training helps athletes improve their performance through two core services: speed and agility training for all sports and soccer skill development focused on striking, first touch, and overall technique.
We offer private and small group sessions tailored by age and ability, with flexible options for athletes looking to build strength, speed, and confidence. Turf rentals are also available for teams, events, or individual use.
Our sessions focus on mastering fundamentals — from striking with power and precision to improving first touch, footwork, speed, and agility — using tools like speed gates, plyometric boxes, ladders, and hurdles to build confidence, strength, and skill.
